Bambi - Rediscovering Childhood

This week I rented Bambi for Charlie to watch for the first time. It was one of those special mommy/baby days. He giggled and squealed watching the little animals and kept saying "this is a funny movie Mommy!"One of the greatest parts of being a parent is being able to rediscover childhood again in the most pure and innocent way. To see things through the eyes of children can often take away some of the callousness and indifference that life experience brings. You begin to realize that miracles are around us everywhere and everyday.If you haven't seen Bambi in 25 years, you should make a bowl of popcorn and enjoy. It's a treasure!
