Helping in the Kitchen.

My Daddy's the Best!

Daddy just had his year end review and I don't know what that means, but it must be a good thing, because Mommy was very excited and said we were very proud of him (I think that means we like him even more than usual). Mommy and I baked Daddy a cake and made him a special dinner. We think he's a really good Daddy everyday.

Yummy!

Did she really think I wasn't going to get a bite of that cake???

Eating Cookies.

Hi Nana, Mimi, Pop, Aunt Heather and Everybody! Mommy has been a real slacker lately. She won't post my adorable pictures. I'll try to get her back on track. I have to admit that I do keep her VERY busy. The following gives you a glimpse of how I like to spend my days...

PARTY! PARTY! PARTY!

Have I mentioned that I have quite the social life? This weekend I went to my second birthday party. It was fun! We had lots of blocks and toys to play with and almost all the guys can crawl now, so we can really get wild. This is the gang. Arvan, Charlie (that's me), Jack and Eli. Arvan just turned the big one year! I will be 10 months tomorrow (can you believe it?), Jack is almost 9 months and Eli will soon be 8 months.

This is Arvan. He's the birthday boy. He is one of the first friends I made in my playgroup. He's very nice and he knows how to share.

This is my best buddy Jack. We hang out the most because our mommies like to go shopping together. We're trying to learn to share our toys, but it's hard sometimes.

Just A Swingin'

We went to the park this weekend and guess what? I'm big enough to swing! They have the bucket swings at our park and I fit quite well. I had so much fun!!! I want to go everyday!

My First Haircut

Today I visited Sorella Salon for my first haircut. This is Gianni. She was very nice and let me play with her combs (but NOT the scissors). She cuts Mommy's hair too. Daddy says when I'm a little bigger that I won't go to the salon anymore, but will have to visit the barber with him.

How do you like it?

Mommy says I look very handsome.

Laundry Day

I thought Mommy could use some help.

It was fun!

Seattle Zoo

This past weekend we visited The Woodland Park Zoo. It was a chilly day for July, but we enjoyed being outside. There were many animals to see, but I'm sharing the very best ones with you. Just another reason that you should come to visit me!

Gorillas

Thirty something year old mommy, named Amanda? Sound familiar?? Giggle, giggle. Mommy says that THIS Amanda weighs a little bit more than she does though.

Giraffe

The giraffe wouldn't come out!

We peeked in on them anyway.

Good Improvisation

So Mommy and Daddy lost their parent(s) of the day award. Daddy left my stroller at home and Mommy forgot my jacket. Luckily they rented strollers at the zoo and we had a blanket in the car (it was chilly today).
